Why This App Was Created
Just as physical strength requires regular exercise as we age, our emotional well-being needs consistent care and training. This app helps you strengthen your emotional intelligence by practicing emotional awareness, transforming negative thoughts into positive ones, and recalling happy memories. Through these exercises, we hope to support your emotional health and slow the aging of your emotional capacity.
How to Use Each Feature
